Frequently Asked Questions

How affiliate campaigns on Filify work, what you earn, and how you get paid. If your question is not answered here, ask the campaign manager on your campaign page.

Filify is an affiliate platform that connects content creators with brand campaigns. You choose the brands you want to work with and get a personal tracking link, and on many campaigns a discount code for your audience. When someone signs up or buys through your link, you earn a commission.

Create a free account, add your Instagram or YouTube profile, then open the campaign on the Discover page and send a request. Creating an account and requesting a campaign are two separate steps — an account on its own does not put you on a campaign. A campaign manager reviews your request and sets you up with your link and codes.

No. Creating an account and joining campaigns is free.

No, connecting is optional. You can enter your handle manually instead, and it changes nothing — your codes, your tracking link and your commission all work exactly the same. Connecting lets your campaign manager follow the content you post without asking you for screenshots, and it builds a media kit on your Filify profile that you can share with other brands.

Read-only access to your profile and audience data and to your posts and stories, through Instagram's official API. We cannot post, comment or send messages on your behalf, and we cannot change anything on your account. We never ask for your password. Connecting requires an Instagram Creator or Business account.

Every campaign states its own commission, usually a fixed amount for each confirmed new customer who signs up through your personal tracking link or your code. You share that link with your audience, and confirmed sign-ups appear on your campaign dashboard.

No. Your affiliate link is for your audience, and an order you place through your own link does not count as a commission. When a campaign includes a free product or a gift card for you, it is issued separately on your campaign page.

Conversions are not instant. Each campaign reports on its own schedule, so a sale normally appears at the next update rather than the same day. Note also that the conversion total on your dashboard covers the last 12 months, not your whole time on the campaign, so it changes as older months drop out of that window.

You invoice us for what you have earned. Send the invoice as a PDF attached to an email to invoice@filify.app, made out to Affilify ApS, Vesterbrogade 26, 2. tv., 1620 Copenhagen V, Denmark, VAT DK42562955. Invoices are processed in about 45 days. Creators based in the EU should issue the invoice with 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Yes, as long as it is itemised line by line — one line per month, and one line per campaign. Always send the invoice as a PDF attachment: a link to a hosted online invoice cannot be read by our payment system and will not be processed.

You need to be able to issue us an invoice, which means being registered in some self-employed form in your country — for example auto-entrepreneur in France or partita IVA in Italy. You do not need an accountant to do it; any free invoice generator is fine.

Yes. There is a publisher agreement that you accept when you sign up to the platform and to a campaign. It obliges us to pay you for every accepted sign-up the brand reports to us, and obliges you to follow the campaign brief. We do not issue separate contracts per creator.

Yes. You can request as many campaigns as fit your content — everything currently live is listed on the Discover page.

No. We work with our brands on an affiliate basis only, so we do not broker sponsored content, UGC production, ambassador packages or event partnerships. For that kind of collaboration the brand's own marketing team is the right contact.

Yes. Agencies can create an agency account to manage all of their creators in one place and to request campaigns on their behalf.
