Commission is a fixed amount per trial, set per country: 18 EUR in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, 15 EUR in Belgium and the Netherlands, 10 EUR in Italy, Poland and Bulgaria, 8 EUR in France and Spain, 35 ILS in Israel, 150 MXN in Mexico, 30 SAR in Saudi Arabia, 190 EGP in Egypt, 14 SGD in Singapore and 10,400 KRW in South Korea.

Because Storytel converts on a free trial rather than a purchase, it tends to work well for creators with engaged rather than enormous audiences — book, study, commute, parenting and true-crime content all convert. Listeners who start a trial through your link count whether they subscribe on mobile or web.

Accepted creators receive a free three-month Storytel gift card of their own, and an extended trial to offer their audience — from 7 to 50 days depending on the market, with 40% off for two months in Israel and 50% off for six months in Singapore on top.
