Double protein too!! 2/ Pork San Choy Bao: definitely not super traditional san choy bao, but genuinely one of the BEST versions I’ve ever made (and probably had). I loved this dish so much and will 100% recreate it again! 3/ Greek Style Lamb Keftedes: I never make meatballs, so it was actually so fun hand-rolling them. They were super easy to make, and the bowl felt so fresh with all the salad, herbs, and dill yoghurt. Such a good balanced meal! 4/ Pork Nasi Goreng: I mean, can you ever really go wrong with nasi goreng? I should’ve ordered more servings of this. 5/ Greek Style Lamb & Dill Couscous: this bowl was amazing!! The fluffy couscous with the fresh Greek salad, plus the lamb coated in Mediterranean seasoning… sooo good together. 6/ Soft Tofu & Bambino Wombok Sukiyaki: decided to switch things up and try something vegetarian, but this ended up being my least favourite . . .
